Paul Monger (Co-Founder and President)

Paul is a proven developer of successful businesses and strategies.

Through an extensive career in the franchise industry, Paul has owned and operated multiple franchise units as well as worked with some of the top franchise brands in the world, including Quizno's and Domino's. His specialty in business development was transferred to the internet via his first online venture www.leaseboys.com, an auto lease transfer website, in 2003. It was through this experience that he developed the idea of ItchyFrog and co-created the first online marketplace for lease, contract and finance payment transfers of virtually any product or service.

Paul holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and a MBA from the University of Victoria.

Yvonne Lee (Co-Founder and Vice President Marketing)

Yvonne has a diverse background that combines both media and marketing expertise.

As co-founder of ItchyFrog Yvonne brings a special degree of high energy, enthusiasm and hands on experience that always stretches the impossible into the possible. She has been involved in broadcasting as both an anchor and a producer and instills the importance of deadlines on the entire team. As well she has had the opportunity to create several very successful marketing campaigns for both small and mid-size companies.

Yvonne is a graduate of Simon Fraser University and holds a BA in Communications.

Iltae Lee (Director of Information Technology)

Iltae is proven developer of databases and database optimization.

As the newest employee of ItchyFrog, Iltae has brought considerable talent, drive and professionalism to the team. Through a series of professional consulting engagements for both accounting and software companies and his ongoing education, Iltae has developed his IT skills and his ability to take ideas from concept to reality. He is an intrinsic part of the success of ItchyFrog.

Iltae is a graduate of the University of Calgary and holds a degree in Computer Science.

Seran Yu (Graphic Designer)

Seran is a highly talented artist with a firm grasp of corporate imaging and graphic design.

The ongoing development of graphics within ItchyFrog is the sole responsibility of Seran. From the main page logo to the layout of the website and any funny characters you may see wandering around; Seran will have spent countless hours perfecting the images. She is a true perfectionist and a consummate artist.

Seran Yu holds BFA in Craft Art and BDes in Communication Design.
