In some cases, we will offer an unlimited listing period, but this will be restricted to certain categories at our discretion. Once you have completed your transfer, we ask that you remove your AD so potential buyers are not continuing to email or call you.How soon after registering will my AD appear on the website? [Back to Top]In most cases once you have someone willing to take over your payments, the assignment clause in the financial or lease agreement can be initiated. Please contact your leasing, finance or other provider directly and confirm with them that you are able to assign your payments. After confirming your ability to assign your payments, the leasing, finance or other provider will typically will ask that the new person fill out a credit application. Once your buyer is approved and ant remaining paperwork completed, the transfer will be finished.Do I need good credit to assume a lease? Each leasing or finance company has their own criteria and standards for determining who is credit approved. How do I post images? [Back to Top]By simply selecting the Browse button during your registration, you can select the most appropriate photos stored on your computer. Please try to select images in JPEG format as this will provide a simple and easy posting experience. [Back to Top]No. In order to ensure ItchyFrog remains a trusted and reliable source of lease, finance and service related transfers, we will not allow either HTML tags or URLs in ads. This is to protect all users from being victims of SPAM and unwanted business advertising.What is the cost to post ADs? [Back to Top]The cost to post your ad is currently FREE. However, we will be charging a small fee to post ADs in the near future. This will be done to ensure we can operate the website without the use of banner Ads and pop-ups, which in our opinion take away from our customer's listings.What are the fees to respond to an AD? [Back to Top]If you need to edit your listing, please login using your User ID and Password and go to My page by clicking on the [My Info] button in the login box. Please note that [My Info] button will appear up in the login box after you login. From there click on [Edit My Information], [Edit Vehicle Information] or [Edit Lease Information], depending on which information you need to modify. Change any information and click on [Change Info] button to save and finish.How do I remove my listing with ItchyFrog? [Back to Top]If your ad has not expired, you go to My Page and delete your ads or contact us by email at admin@itchyfrog.com. If your ad has expired, it will be removed automatically.If I want to extend my posting period, what should I do? [Back to Top]You will need to register your item with us again and upload your photos. Although we could save every posting after expiry, it is our experience that if a listing has not received the proper attention, it is most likely due to ineffective description, photos etc. By re-registering you are encouraged to re-word your AD and make it stronger. Am I still held liable once the lease has been transferred? Most companies completely remove the original lessee or financed individual from liability.
